DHTML , Style sheets and Java Scripts
Cascading style sheets (CSS) are an elegantly
designed extension to the Web and one of the greatest
hopes for recapturing the Web's ideal of separation
of presentation and content. Cascading Style Sheets,
level 1, the W3C Recommendation 17 Dec 1996 can be found
here.
Simple Things You Should Know about Cascading Style Sheets
Cascading
Style Sheets Primer Allaire's Robert Crooks takes
you through the basics of cascading style sheets
(CSS). Within this comprehensive HTML document,
Crooks illustrates style sheet use and techniques, even
employing them to guide the document itself. My
inspiration I got from here!
Online CSS optimizer, helps compress a style sheet for faster loading. It seems to work ll right. At least with my style.
Advanced Selectors!
Selectors are the way you reference the parts of your HTML documents with the styles you want to have applied to them. CSS2 and CSS3 brought with them a host of new selector specifications, designed to allow greater access to the elements and parts of those elements that make up each and every webpage. These new syntax rules allow greater flexibility and accuracy in defining exactly which parts of your page get styled.

Here's
a JavaScript resource I've found incredibly
useful. Basically, it's a collection of solutions
to common questions, small samples, and how-to's.
It's organized into the following categories:
General scripting, Math, Time, Images, Combo Boxes,
Forms, Windows and Frames, Arrays, Events, Random,
Shortcuts, HTML, Browser Type, Errors, User
Interaction, and Misc.
I use JavaScript so infrequently that I usually need
to look things up. More times than not, I've found
the answers I've been looking for there.

Colours on the Web! There are a lot of pages about colours out there, and most of them have web safe colours as their primary topic. But how do you arrive at what colours you should use in a design, what looks best together with another colour, what gives the best contrast while still being harmonious? It is not the only site dedicated to this, Color Overview by Worqx and Color Contrast & Dimention in News Design by Pegie Stark Adam also provide a good insight into colour theory. Kuler is the Adobe web application for designers to create, explore, and share color schemes. Adobe's kuler hosted app/color community is now integrated with Dreamweaver, courtesy of the good folks at WebAssist. The panel is a free download from their site

When you
are finished you have to check your production for any
faults. Not only with your own browser, but with
several. I use W3C HTML

nowadays its more convenient for me to use the built in

META tags with an
HTTP-EQUIV attribute are equivalent to HTTP headers.
Typically, they control the action of browsers, and may
be used to refine the information provided by the
actual headers. Tags using this form should have an
equivalent effect when specified as an HTTP header, and
in some servers may be translated to actual HTTP
headers automatically or by a pre-processing tool. Try

You’ve written valid XHTML and CSS. You’ve used the W3C standard Document Object Model (DOM) to manipulate dynamic page elements. Yet, in browsers designed to support these very standards, your site is failing.
